The color of the whiskey is pale straw. Around the glass, the whisky condenses into broad beads that are separated from one another.
On the nose, there are notes of grain and lemon oil. This smell has a secondary note that is reminiscent of honeysuckle and caramel.
It has a strong lemony flavor. Lighter notes of honey and golden raisins are present. It develops smoothly and has a light, crisp finish. The addition of water especially highlights the grain’s rich richness. The finish remains crisp and fresh. When putting this into a highball, light mineral water like Topo Chico improves the flavor profile.
